Wouldn’t You Love to Know How Celebrities Keep Fit?
Celebrities are in the watchful eye of the public and are therefore feeling pressure to always look good. This “looking good” becomes increasingly harder to do as they age. Obviously celebrities have lots of perks that come along with their status as a celebrity including the money to pay for a personal trainer so staying fit for a celebrity is usually easier than for the everyday Jane or Joe.
Image is everything when you are being paid to look good. Celebrities age just like we do; they have bad days just like we do.
So, how do the celebrities reportedly keep fit?
Julia Roberts has her own personal trainer to help her maintain her trim body. She also uses a fitness board and follows the Perricone Prescription diet. She cannot eat carrots, bananas, watermelon, flour, raisins or corn while on this diet.
Jessica Simpson found success using the 5 Factor diet. She did have a personal trainer actually stay with her and order her food so that she could stay on the diet for 3 months.
Janet Jackson lost weight being on a special diet, which at one time included only liquid but she combined that with a rigorous exercise regimen.
You hear so much about celebrity fad diets, but they are just that, the newest, latest fad diet, here to day, gone tomorrow.
Two celebrities (Reese Witherspoon, and Jennifer Aniston), who are reportedly using a bizarre fad diet are eating baby food in place of proper diet food.
Some fad diets can actually hurt your body and make you unfit such as the maple syrup diet that Beyonce has been reported to follow. This type of diet is a health risk because it can deplete your body’s supply of potassium, sodium, and other essential nutrients.
When it comes right down to it, celebrities should stay fit the same way we do by eating a healthy diet and by exercising properly. No matter who we are, if we follow the formula correctly we will lose weight. The formula for keeping fit is to maintain a healthy diet and then to exercise on a regular basis at least 30 minutes each day. Celebrities have bodies just like we do. If they overeat they will get fat. If they don’t exercise and they don’t eat right they will get fat faster. They will suffer the same consequences of not eating properly or not exercising enough. The difference between celebrities and the rest of us is that they have personal trainer to help them to eat right and to exercise.
Well now you know that celebrities stay fit pretty much the same way we do, they fall prey to fad diets, they starve themselves, they come to their senses and they hire personal trainers. They hope from one Hollywood diet to the next and they try all the same exercise methods that we do in order to lose weight and stay trim. They usually have the mega bucks to buy expensive exercise equipments or pay fitness club fees and also to hire personal trainers, so they have an easier time of getting fit then we do. They however have more pressure to get fit because they are in the public eye.
